Switching to SwiftEnroll

Most programs are taking enrollments within days. Here is what happens, who does what, and what you keep.

What happens, in order

  1. You book a walkthrough with Joe and bring your current class list or spreadsheet.
  2. We set up your own site on SwiftEnroll (for example maplewood.swiftenroll.com) and you configure programs, sessions and prices.
  3. You connect Stripe for payments.
  4. You open registration, and families enroll from their phones.
  5. Joe answers support email himself, during setup and after.

What you keep

  • Your data. Admins can export rosters, enrollments and payments to CSV at any time and open them in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Your flexibility. Plans are month-to-month with no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

See pricing for the full breakdown. There is no percentage of your revenue.

Payments and data

  • Stripe Connect processes cards. SwiftEnroll never stores card numbers, and PCI compliance is handled by Stripe.
  • Admin access is role-based, with least-privilege defaults, so staff see only what their job needs.
  • SSO/SAML is available on the Enterprise plan.

Coming from spreadsheets, Google Forms or paper

One checkout instead of chasing checks. A parent logs into one household account, adds each child, picks classes and pays in a single session. No printed forms, no checks to chase, no follow-up emails to the coordinator.

The waitlist handles itself. When a family withdraws, the next family on the waitlist is promoted automatically, with offer emails and deadlines sent for you. Families can see their real position on the list, instead of a shoebox of maybes.

The roster is the live record. When a family registers, their child appears on the class list, and when someone drops or switches days, the roster updates on its own. Nobody exports a spreadsheet on Monday that is wrong by Wednesday. Your rosters reflect enrollment as it stands right now.
