SwiftEnroll vs Jackrabbit Class

Jackrabbit Class is built for dance, swim, gymnastics, cheer and music studios; SwiftEnroll is built for after-school programs, camps, and enrichment providers running seasonal enrollment.

A 200-student non-profit season

SwiftEnroll: 200 registrations at $3 is $600 for the season, plus standard Stripe processing fees. The non-profit plan has no monthly fee.

Jackrabbit Class: its pricing page lists plans from $49 a month, with the price tiered by total student count at the end of each month. The tier prices are not in the page text, and it publishes no per-registration fee or card processing rates, so we cannot compute a season total from public prices. Ask Jackrabbit for a quote.

Where Jackrabbit Class may fit better

If you run a dance studio, swim school, gymnastics gym, cheer program or music school, Jackrabbit Class is built for exactly that. It has dedicated sister products for several of those studio types, and says over 7,000 programs worldwide use it. That track record and studio-specific tooling, including a custom-branded app on its Plus plan, may serve an ongoing, year-round studio better than a platform designed around seasonal enrollment and placement. SwiftEnroll is founder-led and email support is answered by Joe, which is a different model from a larger vendor.
