SwiftEnroll vs CourseStorm
CourseStorm is built for arts and community education providers; SwiftEnroll is built for after-school programs, camps, and enrichment providers that have more demand than seats.
A 200-student non-profit season
SwiftEnroll: 200 registrations at $3 is $600 for the season, plus standard Stripe processing fees. The non-profit plan has no monthly fee.
CourseStorm: its pricing page lists a per-registration fee of $2.49, so 200 registrations is $498, on top of a plan that starts at $99 a month (up to $499 a month for All Access) and standard Stripe processing. The page does not say which plan a program of this size would need, so we have not picked one. Ask CourseStorm for a quote.

Where CourseStorm may fit better
CourseStorm is focused on arts organizations and community education administrators, and its customer list spans community ed, continuing ed and workforce training as well as kids camps. If most of your catalog is adult or continuing-education classes, that focus may match you better than a platform built around youth enrollment and fair placement. CourseStorm also publishes an ROI calculator in its resources menu, and states a three-to-six week set-up and launch with onboarding included in each plan. If you want a guided, scheduled implementation, that structure may suit you. SwiftEnroll is founder-led and email support is answered by Joe, which is a different model from a larger team.
