SwiftEnroll vs Amilia

Amilia is built for recreation departments, YMCAs, community centers and camps that also sell memberships and book facilities; SwiftEnroll is built for youth programs that need fair enrollment.

A 200-student non-profit season

SwiftEnroll: 200 registrations at $3 is $600 for the season, plus standard Stripe processing fees. The non-profit plan has no monthly fee and no setup fee.

Amilia: its pricing page lists the Standard plan at $99 a month, credit card fees of 2.85% + $0.30, a 1% service fee, and onboarding starting at $899. It also says nonprofit pricing is available, and it does not say what the 1% is charged on or how nonprofit rates differ, so we have not computed a season total. Ask Amilia for a quote.

Where Amilia may fit better

Amilia describes itself as unifying memberships, programs, payments and reporting. If you also need to sell individual and household memberships or take facility and room bookings, which Amilia lists on its home page, a platform covering all of that may fit better than one focused on youth enrollment. It lists parks and recreation departments, YMCAs and JCCs among its industries, offers a custom plan for larger organizations, and its site is available in English and French. SwiftEnroll does not offer memberships or facility booking.
